My passion as a servant leader incites me to help others uncover their inner strengths. I will work to helpyou reveal your own innate strengths, find solutions, and master the courage to make the needed changesin your life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals learn to be their own therapists,whereby they can learn to change their own thinking, problematic emotions, and behavior. I have abenevolent spirit, exhibiting care and concern for all those I counsel, and I have dedicated my career toimproving life outcomes for those I serve.
My style and personality
I draw on my experience with Positive Existential Therapy™, experiential therapy, solution-focused therapy, gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and existential therapy to guide my practice.
I enjoy a counseling/coaching relationship where we maintain a high degree of integrity, communication and openness. I believe empathy and understanding are essential for healing. I also find that my ability to build trust with clients and challenge them is vital for growth and learning.
