I am from Liberty Township, OH. I earned my bachelor’s of arts degree from University of Cincinnati in psychology. I had the pleasure of being able to be a part of a group to educate on
mental illness, along with participating in different self-care activities. Being a counselor for me means that I learned from my personal experiences with therapy, and I reflect and strive to be
the best counselor that I can be for my clients. I hope to provide support, conversation, and give empathic responses as you tell me how you are uniquely you.

My style of Counseling and Personality
I believe that counseling is an individualized experience. This means that counseling should be tailored that best fits the client’s needs. I presently have educational experience in learning about therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, along with
others. I believe that people have a right to feel heard, valued, and that their feelings matter. When booking sessions with me, we will combine psychoeducation, validation, and professional
relationship building to achieve the goals the client wants to achieve, while also combining human qualities such as humor to sessions as it is appropriate. People are unique, meaning we have individual experiences, feelings, and biology that make us
unique. Therefore, therapy should be unique to fit you and your needs.
