Carrie is currently a doctoral student working toward a specialty in Art Therapy. Our workshops have been developed to equip couples and partners with the tools needed to engage in life to the fullest extent possible through effective and meaningful interactions with each other.
We are committed to the holistic health and healing process of partners and families impacted by the consequences of unhealthy behaviors.
The Naya Clinics @ September Farms Retreat workshops have been developed to help partners and couples creatively approach emotional issues and begin to discover an enhanced more positive and healthy way to live life.
This workshop is designed for privacy and tailored to meet the unique needs of couples and partners. Establishing a supportive and safe environment by encouraging authenticity, productive communication, and healthy boundaries while working through difficult issues is our objective.
During this workshop, couples and partners learn how co-dependent behaviors, trauma, mood disorders, and/or addictions can impact one another and the family system. Develop tools to successfully enhance recovery.

Learn about estate planning skills, opportunities, and strategies
Understand and discuss how you and your family members view money. What do you value?
Learn how to write an ethical will
We will meet at 10:00 AM
Once you book, you will receive an email from the instructor with details and information, as well as directions to the estate.
We will spend time learning about each other, discussing goals, and learning skills, conflict resolution, and more.
We will offer a mindfulness stroll around the estate, farm-based activities, yoga, and more.
Lunch, snacks, and beverages are included in this retreat. You will indulge in farm-fresh foods provided by local chefs that nourish the mind, body, and soul.
