Our clients with damaged self-esteem constantly compare themselves to others and then criticize themselves based on those—naturally shallow—criteria. ​Whether it’s counseling students with low self-esteem, running self-esteem group counseling, or simply being a positive voice, we have the self-esteem counseling techniques to help you gain the confidence you need. Just as the image of yourself can be shattered by negative self-talk, we can teach you how to fill your mind with positive self-talk.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellation and rescheduling requests less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged the full rate. We do not offer refunds except for cancelations with more than 48 hours before the appointment.
